How to read a cash runway chart

A cash runway chart shows your balance at the end of each day. It steps up when money arrives and down when money leaves.

Look for the lowest point. If the line touches or crosses zero, that is the day to act: ask a customer to pay earlier, move a purchase, or arrange a buffer.

Remember that planned entries are estimates. Mark items paid as they happen so the chart stays honest.
